James Russell
Founder & Personal TrainerI qualified as a Personal Trainer from the highly accredited YMCAFIT in 2019 and have loved my work ever since. In 2023 I opened N10ergy — a studio built from the ground up to give clients the private, high-quality training environment they deserve.
Whether I'm working with new starters who are just beginning their fitness journeys, more experienced individuals who want to push to more ambitious targets, or leading classes for larger groups, I am passionate about seeing people develop over time and observe the positive impact training can have on every aspect of their lives.
Having grown up in Muswell Hill, it's an honour to train clients in the community I call home.

Personal Trainer & Class InstructorI qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2014 with Focus Fitness. Having years of experience in group training and 1-2-1 training, as well as a background in sports massage, I offer weight training with extra attention to misalignments, rehab, and stability.
I believe fitness should be functional and help you in your day-to-day life. I am passionate about helping my clients discover their strength and abilities.

Personal TrainerI'm a fully qualified Personal Trainer and British Gymnastics Coach with over 10 years of coaching experience. I'm also certified in pre and postnatal exercise and nutrition, and currently training to become a mat and reformer Pilates instructor.
My passion lies in women's wellness and empowering women to feel strong, confident and body positive. A lot of my work includes supporting perimenopausal and menopausal women, as well as clients recovering from injury or managing chronic pain.
Whether you're already on a fitness journey or have no idea where to start, I'm here to guide you with empathy, expertise and support.

Personal TrainerRyan is a highly personable and approachable trainer, working with a wide variety of clients. He specialises in building strength and conditioning, and has proven results with clients managing hip and knee issues and replacements.
He strives to build his clients' confidence with fun and innovative sessions, pushing boundaries through engaging workouts. Having qualified for his Level 3 via YMCA fit, he creates the perfect environment to achieve both short and long-term fitness goals.

Personal TrainerI have been a qualified Personal Trainer since 2005 and I can honestly say I love my job. I am passionate, driven, and motivated by seeing my clients achieve their goals.
Having completed 3 marathons, I'm an experienced runner and happy to support you to complete any running event from a 5km to a full marathon. My sessions are based around strength training, core training, and improving your flexibility.
If you train with me, it doesn't stop with the time in the gym — I'll design a specific programme and be on hand with tips and advice as and when you need it.
