I qualified as a Personal Trainer from the highly accredited YMCAFIT in 2019 and have loved my work ever since.
Whether I`m working with new starters who are just beginning their fitness journeys, more experienced individuals who want to push to more ambitious targets or leading classes for larger groups, I am passionate about seeing people develop over time and observe the positive impact training can have on every aspect of their lives.

Personal Trainer & Class InstructorI qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2014, with Focus Fitness. Having years of experience in group training and 1-2-1 training, as well as a background in sportsmassage, I offer weight training, with extra attention to misalignments, rehab, and stability. I believe fitness should be functional, and help you in your day-to-day life, and I am passionate about helping my clients discover their strength and abilities.

Personal Trainer
I’m a fully qualified Personal Trainer and British Gymnastics Coach with over 10 years of coaching experience. I’m also certified in pre and postnatal exercise and nutrition, and currently expanding my knowledge by training to become a mat and reformer Pilates instructor.
My passion lies in women’s wellness and in empowering women to feel strong, confident and body positive.
A lot of my work includes supporting perimenopausal and menopausal women, as well as clients recovering from injury or managing chronic pain. I’ve spent years collaborating closely with physiotherapists to help clients rebuild strength, mobility and confidence.
My training sessions are all about learning how to lift weights with correct technique, understanding the benefits of each exercise and building both physical and mental resilience that will carry you through life outside of the gym.
Whether you're already on a fitness journey, have no idea what you're doing and may feel embarrassed about exercise or recovering from an injury, I'm here to guide you with empathy, expertise and support.

Personal TrainerRyan is a highly personable and approachable trainer. Training a wide variety of clients new and old. Tailoring workouts for building strength and conditioning which he specialises in, all the way to proven results with his clients with hip and knee issues and replacements.
He strives to help and build his clients confidence up with fun and innovative sessions keeping his clients motivated and is focus on pushing boundaries through fun and engaging workouts. Having qualified for his Level 3 via YMCA fit, he creates the perfect environment to get your both short and long term fitness goals achieved.

Personal Trainer
I have been a qualified Personal Trainer since 2005 and I can honestly say I love my job. I am passionate driven and am motivated by seeing my clients achieve their goals.
Having completed 3 marathons I’m also an experienced runner I am happy to support you to complete any running event from a 5km to a full marathon.
My sessions are based around strength training ,core training & improving your flexibility.
If you decide to train with me it doesn’t stop with the time you spend in the gym with me I will also design a specific programme to help you achieve results and be on hand with tips and advice as and when you need it.
