Is this suitable for complete beginners?
Absolutely! Our programmes are designed specifically for teens of all experience levels. We start with the fundamentals and progress at a pace that suits each individual.
What are the class sizes?
We keep groups small (typically 6–8 teens) to ensure every participant gets personalised attention and proper form correction from our coaches.
Are all coaches DBS checked?
Yes, all our coaches have enhanced DBS clearance and are fully qualified personal trainers with specific experience in youth fitness training.
What equipment will my teen use?
We use age-appropriate equipment including dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises. All equipment usage is closely supervised.
Can my teen join mid-programme?
Yes! While we recommend starting at Week 1, teens can join at any point. Our coaches will help them catch up on any fundamentals they've missed.
